How it works:
The VP/HA machine is especially designed for part on part processing where there is no need for media, as the surface finish is achieved by the action of the components working against each other in the machine. They can perform processes such as Deburring, Edge Breaking, Cleaning, Degreasing, Polishing and Hot Air Drying in one unit.
Components are loaded into the bowl chamber where water and chemical compounds are added to the working chamber via a PLC control unit. The machine performs the process cycle with automatic rinsing, drying in the same chamber before discharged. The machine is capable of a standalone unit or larger system.
